∎ Workplace- Work at office & Store.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are to be appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtor's creditors, etc.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records,
∎ financial statements, and other financial reports cash flow to assess accuracy & current position.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT-related paper
∎ General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations
∎ Ensure all expenses arc within assigned project budgeting verify the completeness of all required supporting
∎ documentation for all payments vouchers
∎ Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
∎ Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related with day-to-day business operations.
∎ Prepare Salary statements
∎ Will be responsible for all accounting work of company specially on construction work.
∎ In all case will be responsible of store in addition of account.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Construction company with knowledge of store handle
Salary: Negotiable
