Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance or Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts, Audit, CA CC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility to handle the statuary annual audit independently.
∎ Liaise with external auditors and supervise the year end audit in order to ensure accuracy of audit and adherence to procedures.
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax and VAT deductions from various sources & deposit with appropriate Govt. authorities and submission of VAT and Tax Returns, reports and documentation in strict timely manner.
∎ Review balance sheet monthly and follow up outstanding items on a timely basis.
∎ Oversee the functions of monthly inventory aging and physical stock verification.
∎ Perform tax calculations and ensure compliance reporting to the tax authorities.
∎ Ensure all business processes and internal controls are complied with.
∎ Ensure all statutory requirements and reporting are complied with.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships with all relevant external institutes including financial and regulatory authorities such as Banks / lending agencies, External Auditors, Corporate office in HK in order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
∎ Participate in ad hoc projects as directed by country management and head of team such as process review, system and business process implementation.
∎ Able to prepare MIS and management consolidation reports.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
