∎ ACA / ACMA / ACCA, Partly / Qualified Chartered Accountants
∎ Skills Required: Cost and budget, Financial controling, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Treasury Operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Commercial and secretaial, Corporate Law, Cost & Management Accounting, Customes, Financial Analysis, Financial controling, Financial Reporting, Income Tax and VAT, IPO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly fund position statement with requirement to adjust over dues
∎ Maintenance of individual file for all types of loan
∎ Assist in Preparation of various types of documents & reports for bank loan sanction & enhancement.
∎ Preparation of LC wise landed cost of imported materials and timely LC closing. Assist in setting price with standard company policy
∎ Assist in annual budget with standard company policy
∎ Assist in periodical Financial Statement preparation with variance analysis
∎ Assist in cost center wise P&L statement preparation with target VS achievement
∎ Ensure monthly Bank Reconciliation and necessary posting as required
∎ Ensure monthly Loan statement reconciliation with book of accounts and necessary adjustment entry as required.
∎ Supervise in maintenance of party wise sales receivable, ageing analysis of receivable and communication with respective person for overdue credit collection.
∎ Monitoring the monthly reconciliation among service, sales and collection through ERP/SAP
∎ Ensure monthly provisional bank interest, depreciation entry and adjustment for the same
∎ Assist in ERP/ SAP, CRM support module
∎ Assist company VAT and Tax related tasks
∎ Any other additional responsibility assigned by Head of department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Experience in Accounting Software Management
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in Financial statement analysis and cash flow management
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT), email communication & Digital Tools
∎ Require vast knowledge of Finance & Banking, Accounts Management, Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law.
∎ Self-motivated, honest, smart, active, confident and energetic
∎ Problem solving & decision-making skill within shortest possible time
