Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash & Treasury Voucher check, verify and post properly;
∎ Ensure all party payment (Accounts payable, Tax deduction at source TDS & VAT) and check confirm balance;
∎ Prepare and ensure bank balance database, check & confirm bank vs system balance;
∎ Ensure entry realization LDBC/ FDBC related entry, reconciliation & balance confirmation;
∎ Check salary, wage, OT, festival bonus, incentives (if applicable), arrange check payment requisition and ensure the effective distribution of the same;
∎ Collect bank loan (funded & non funded) statement & check and confirm balance;
∎ Preparation Monthly Management Report. Results and the Happiness and wellbeing of its Stakeholders, Yearly Balance Sheet Preparation;
∎ Lead & Conduct-Monthly Finance Meeting, preparing 3W, Others Responsibility as required by Management;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Must have working experience with large group of companies.
∎ Must have good expertise on MS Excel, Presentation & Reporting.

∎ Good Communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented, multi-tasking ability.
∎ Self-motivated, self-driven, good interpersonal skill & team work.
