Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare management report, analyze accounting records, financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Ensure all expenses arc within assigned project budgeting verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project matters.
∎ Prepare Material Requisition and Receiving Report, Issue etc. and other relevant Documents.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related with day-to-day business operations.
∎ Deliver quality financial management support to the company.
∎ Ensure bank related transactions, deposits and withdrawal.
∎ Ensure accounts records are updated.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT-related paper.
∎ To check all accounting documents and post the day-to-day transaction in the accounting system in time.
∎ Must know about Import requirements & documentation.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill and arrange payment systematically.
∎ Advice management regarding financial matters (as & when required).
∎ Any Tasks Assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
∎ Candidates must have Masters Degree in Accounting
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
∎ Must have mindset to work from 8 am to 8 pm
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
