Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ B.Com / BBA / MBA / M.Com major in Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ CA-CC/ACCA/CMA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Cost control, Managerial Skills, Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Budget Management, Cost and profit analysis, Cost Management, Finance, Finance and Banking, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check opening stocks as per reports on daily basis specially running items.
∎ To Check the Challan before receive the goods and keep track of the store.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & other registers related to finance & Accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement.
∎ To prepare Accounts statements (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly).
∎ Capable for maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
∎ Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts.
∎ Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Dealing with Bank and another Financial Institute.
∎ Maintain operational/ financial activities of accounts department.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in accounting
∎ Should be polite and well behaved
∎ Work experience in accounts division in any organization is an added advantage
∎ Work experience in ecommerce company can be an added advantage
∎ Work experience in accounting software can be an added advantage
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Willingness to learn
∎ Team Working Ability
∎ Dedicated and Hard Working Common Sense & Self starter
∎ Must work under pressure
