Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executives as required.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to government approvals, licenses, and correspondence.
∎ Ensure all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible for reference.
∎ Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
∎ Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Ensure that quality personnel are timely on boarded as per need.
∎ Communicate with the concerns departments for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Responsible for required all license renewal and regulatory affairs related jobs.
∎ Prepare manpower planning, budgeting
∎ Ensure effective performance appraisal process
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
∎ Organization Structuring and Planning.
∎ Communication with different authorities as when required.
∎ Any other special assignments from Management.
