Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage all aspects of floor operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
∎ Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with Operations to mange inventory levels as needed.
∎ Providing clear instructions and guidance on completing assigned tasks.
∎ Communicate with delivery personnel to address and resolve any issues.
∎ Prepared workplan and execute the plan.
∎ Use insights from sales data to make informed decisions and improve operations.
