Experience:

• At most 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed University. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 or above will be given preference.

• At most 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm

• Age 22 to 26 years

• Excellent Communication skill in English both verbal as well as written.
• Fluency in speaking is a MUST.
• Excellent mail communication ability.
• Able to work at Night shift (9:30 PM to 6 AM).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring IT performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
• Ability to review, analyze and resolve problems.
