Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ a) M.Sc./MBA and B.Sc./BBA in the relevant fields, with a CGPA of at least 3.50 in one level and at least 3.25 in both levels.
∎ b) Minimum 06 years active teaching experience at university level and at least 04 research publications in standard peer reviewed journal.
∎ c) Candidates with PhD degree will be given preference. Moreover, results of Mater and Bachelor programs and duration of experience can be relaxed for them.
∎ d) Applicant with a tertiary degree from reputed overseas universities will be given priority

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and supervising the academic activities of departments under the faculty. Promoting and branding the faculty. Establish academic and industry networks with the professionals. Facilitating research in the departments. Performing others responsibilities of Dean.
∎ To prepare course outline, lesson plan, tutorial, students counselling and conduct theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, extended teaching, related research, and publications.
∎ To prepare questions, invigilate tests and exams, mark and grade scripts and assignments.
∎ To guide and supervise project work, internship, dissertation or thesis as and when assigned.
∎ To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
∎ To conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in their field.
