∎ PhD or equivalent degree with at least 2 (two) 1st class/division/Grade A. At least 1 (one) 1st class in Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
∎ M.Phill or equivalent with at least 2 (two) 1st class/division/Grade A.
∎ 4-years Bachelor degree with Master’s. At least 3 (three) 1st class/division/Grade A.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To actively participate in teaching while adhering to the guidelines of the UGC of Bangladesh's policy on outcome-based education.
∎ To implement blended learning strategies for delivering course material.
∎ To assume the complete range of responsibilities related to monitoring and evaluating students' progress toward achieving educational goals and learning outcomes by creating teaching and learning strategies that are appropriate for the institution and relevant study areas.
∎ To provide students with excellent academic assistance and support in order to guarantee that they have a successful learning experience.
∎ To contribute in preparing research strategies for the relevant department in order to plan, design, and coordinate extensive research activities and programs.
∎ To publish results of research in articles and/or books which lead to an enhanced reputation in the subject area and enhance the department’s research profile.
∎ To provide service to the department, institution, and community which includes serving on committees, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in outreach activities.
∎ To exert himself/herself towards duties and assignments in right earnest.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 6 (six) publications out of which 4(four) as an Assistant Professor.
