∎ Degree in design, creative filed or graphics will be preferred.

∎ Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (mandatory), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
∎ Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
∎ Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Information Architecture: Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to organize and structure content effectively.
∎ Visual Design: Design functionally valid and meaningful user interfaces that align with our business requirements or PRD
∎ Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and validate user interactions.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
∎ Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback, analytics, and testing outcomes.
∎ Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
∎ User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
∎ Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
