∎ Purpose of the position:
∎ The purpose of this position is to ensure that all distribution operations, productivity & maintenance activities are carried out as per the standard best practices in Linde with safety and reliability as utmost priority and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in operation, maintenance, project execution, work processes and people capabilities to maximise business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Champion Safety, provide visible leadership and create a zero-incident culture
∎ Ensure execution team, including contractors, operates in a manner that is safe for our employees, customers, contractors and public.
∎ Create a culture of openness, willingness to contribute, mutual learning, continuous improvement and innovation across functions to achieve competitive advantage in the market
∎ Analyse and monitor performance based on the assigned targets, KPIs & MIS
∎ Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) management, evaluation, billing, ensuring service level, MRD, etc.
∎ Empower the supervisory staff to take appropriate & immediate action in emergency situations
∎ Perform contingency planning and execute in case of emergency
∎ Investigate any Deliver equipment related issues and determine pre-requisites to restart after an issue
∎ Implement the preventive maintenance activities including cryogenic and fleet including OEM
∎ Ensure all predictive maintenance services & equipment are operational and activities are carried out
∎ Define the requirement deliver spares and consumable & management
∎ Support in the development of scope of work for projects and supervise the execution of work including CAPEX & EMOC management
∎ Collaboration with regional fleet management team in terms of existing and upcoming compliances/ projects/ BOPs. Implementation of the same in BD Deliver arena. Responsible for Invoicing, product reconciliation, asset management, coaching & training of the team, IMS, MED and other compliances related activities, statutory compliances including explosive for Deliver arena
∎ Deliver lead for productivity (planning, execution & reporting), Loss & cost minimization, Deliver fleet & asset optimization, KM optimization, etc.
∎ Perform root cause analysis for all major issues and equipment failures
∎ Report completion of the Corrective actions from audits, Root Cause Analysis, Alerts & Directives in reporting platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years working experience in deliver, operations or engineering project management
∎ Additional:
∎ IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
∎ Strong communications skill - effective presentations at all levels & negotiation
∎ High quality personal governance and commitment to organizational values
∎ Strong problem-solving capability
∎ Risk Management experience and involvement in risk assessments and audits
