Additional Requirements:
∎ Education: Honors and Masters in the relevant subject.
∎ Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)
∎ Gentle & good behavior is expected.
∎ Competency in conducting class in English will add value.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging and informative classes following the National Curriculum (English Version).
∎ Develop comprehensive lesson plans and lecture materials that align with curriculum objectives.
∎ Evaluate students’ assignments, projects, and written work to assess comprehension and progress.
∎ Prepare and administer examinations, and maintain accurate records of students’ grades and performance.
∎ Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress and conduct.
∎ Actively participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and educational outings.
∎ Stay updated with advancements in respective discipline and incorporate relevant technology and resources into teaching practices.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Salary will be 27,967/- (Or, Negotiable)
∎ Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.
∎ Increment will be added as per institution's policy
