∎ Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing function in customer centric industry.
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial position.

∎ Experienced in conducting Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to effectively and managing social media, to engage end users.
∎ Skilled in conducting loyalty programs for distributors.
∎ Skilled in creating video and digital content.
∎ Well-versed in developing content for both internal and external communications.
∎ Capable of providing leadership in dynamic and unstructured environments

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work jointly to develop and implement the annual brand management plan.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual ad and promo budget in detail.
∎ Collaborate with RSM/TSI to brand shops, warehouses, and trucks according to guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with RSM/TSI to execute end customer activation programs for onboarding new customers.
∎ Implement targeted digital campaigns and BTL activities in the project area to enhance brand equity.
∎ Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads, engage customers, and enhance brand awareness.
∎ Coordinate with digital agencies to develop content and creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
∎ 1. Develop and implement long-term brand strategies: Develop strategies across all channels including BTL, ATL, and Digital to create awareness of the organization's products and services and to promote brand image and values.
∎ 2. Collaborate with sales team:·
∎ Work jointly to develop and implement the annual brand management plan.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual ad and promo budget in detail.
∎ 3. Drive and support commercial projects (Direct Delivery and Prioyjon):
∎ Collaborate with RSM/TSI to brand shops, warehouses, and trucks according to guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with RSM/TSI to execute end customer activation programs for onboarding new customers.
∎ Implement targeted digital campaigns and BTL activities in the project area to enhance brand equity.
∎ 4. Design and execute customer awareness programs: Increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) and conduct annual NPS surveys.
∎ 5. Social Media Campaigns and Digital Collaboration:
∎ Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads, engage customers, and enhance brand awareness.
∎ Coordinate with digital agencies to develop content and creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
∎ 6. Develop and ensure the production of marketing and merchandising materials, in line with the marketing plan and in close co-operation with the relevant business partners, in order to ensure optimal commercial support.
∎ 7. Brief and guide third parties (e.g. agencies, media, institutions, suppliers, consultants) in marketing requirements and expectations, monitor their work against predefined standards, SLAs and contracts and identify possibilities for improvement.
∎ 8. Develop media buying strategies and PR plans: Effectively reach target audiences through strategic media buying and public relations plans.
∎ 9. Content development expertise: Possess a strong understanding of content development for TVC/OVC.
∎ 10. Crisis Communication and Reputation Management: Manage crisis communication and reputation management as required.
∎ 11. Organize company events: Plan and execute both internal and external events for employees and partners to build the brand.
∎ 12. Digital roadmap planning: Develop and implement a digital roadmap for a new website, CRM tool, and app.
