∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing freezer maintenance technologies and processes, identify the areas of improvement, suggest modifications. and ensure its effective implementation
∎ Plan the schedule maintenance program and monitor all maintenance jobs are done effectively to ensure safe storage of ice creams and frozen foods coordinating with the outlets
∎ Initiate conditiM1 monitoring, conduct troubleshooting, identify the problems and provide the best technical solution promptly for minimizing unproductive time Of all freezers
∎ Ensure the cost-effective usages of spare parts of the freezer during repair and maintenance
∎ Oversee all safety rules and guidelines are strictly followed throughout the maintenance period as per standard
∎ Receive customer complaints, provide on-time solution and report accordingly
∎ Arrange adequate training program for the freezer technicians to improve their technical skills and guide them in providing professional technical services
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities through freezer maintenance, right manpower utilization, re-alignment of existing processes, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : At least 7 - 8 years Of experience in Freezer Maintenance
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ Have excellent technical knowledge Of freezer equipment, products and processes
∎ Have familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills
∎ Have strong team building, decision-making and resource optimization skills
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:
∎ Emolument: Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
