Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Animal Health Science or Animal Science or Agriculture Science from any reputed University/Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after Operations of the C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Farm Unit-1)
∎ Farm Management & Technical Service
∎ Look after chick's production
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Establish operational standards for areas of responsibility, including cost control, waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs & appropriate measures that reflect performance & result.
∎ Advice & maintain for a high standard of poultry husbandry to achieve morality to be within the internationally accepted standard, growth management, egg production percentage optimized to the breed standard, supervise and monitor Grand Parent, Parent Stock, Commercial Broiler, Hatchery & Lab-in-charge day to day activities.
∎ Advice to implement a strict Bio-security to all aspect of poultry production.
∎ Ensure bird's health maintenance programmed & established guideline & ensure present ongoing practice.
∎ Operations include Broiler Operations, Dressing Plant & Sales & Marketing value added products & Broiler Dressed chickens.
∎ Handle planning, forecasting & execution of corporate plans to achieve financial targets.
∎ To ensure that all the members of the department have their responsibilities & authorities clearly established.
∎ In general, Consultant (Technical & Production) will have the responsibility to give necessary advice & look after all operational affairs
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results occur in the farm
∎ Ensure yearly production target by timely with cost saving.
∎ Accurate analysis yearly budgets, financial trends.
∎ Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required.
∎ Conduct farm visit, performance evaluation & monitoring, complaints handing, personal training & trail setup.
∎ To provide direction & guidance for the production department in terms of Budget, key result areas, key performance indicators & performance evaluation.
∎ Local issues and administrative work.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Maintain local stuffs train up schedule time to time.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 20 years working experience in the Agro production industries or relevant agriculture industry.
∎ Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking .

Salary:
∎ Tk. 697500 (Monthly)
∎ Basic Tk. 6,97,500/- House Rent Tk. 25,000/- Conveyance Allowance Tk. 2,500/- Medical Allowance Tk. 10,000/- Full-Service Benefits as per company policy
