Job purpose:
This position is responsible to update all sanitary plumbing services, water supply (drinking and domestic water) civil maintenance and repair and renovation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily schedule check of bath room.
Schedule check of pump.
Maintain pump operation.
Update waste water and sewerage line.
Check wash- room fittings in every morning and evening and prepare a list.
Ensure all civil work according to instruction of supervisor.
Clean water tanks, filters and change if needed.
Repair and maintenance of glass door, sliding door and windows.
Repair and maintenance of drawer lock, door handle lock and glass lock.
Ensure water supply in BRAC center.
Implement of plumbing work according to requisition.
Smoothly operate & proper maintenance of all types of pumps.
Record keeping for all types of maintenance work.
Safeguarding responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
