Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily scheduled checks of all bathrooms
∎ Perform scheduled checks of water pumps
∎ Oversee pump operation to maintain consistent water flow and pressure throughout the facility.
∎ Clean and maintain wastewater and sewerage lines to prevent blockages and ensure efficient drainage
∎ Maintain accurate records of all scheduled inspections and check
∎ Ensure a steady and reliable domestic water supply
∎ Assist in civil maintenance tasks to support the upkeep and repair of structural facilities.
