∎ Excellent knowledge in child development and up-to-date education methods.
∎ Strong communication and time management skills.
∎ Should have typing skill in Bangla and English language to prepare proper questionnaire.
∎ Work well in team-oriented environment and have strong ability in communicating with kids, parents and supervisors.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office, (Bangla and English typing) Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
∎ Need to ensure students develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
∎ Creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, considering diverse learning needs throughout the year.
∎ Teaching grammar, vocabulary, and language usage effectively, while also cultivating critical thinking and analytical skills through discussions and literary analysis.
∎ Maintain grade books and Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
∎ Read and stay abreast of current topics in education and utilize various curriculum resources.
∎ Maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment, fostering student engagement and participation, clean class environment.
∎ Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, drawing etc.) to enhance students’ abilities by research, collect and compile the appropriate teaching material for the students.
∎ Evaluate students’ performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
∎ Coordinate with the parents and update them about their students’ performance regularly and answer their questions calmly.
∎ Observe students’ interactions and promote the spirit of concord.
∎ Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
∎ Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.
∎ Working with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices and ensure student success.
