∎ Strong communication skills, creativity in teaching, ability to engage students, and proficiency in classroom management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct English classes for students according to the curriculum.
∎ Develop and implement lesson plans that meet academic standards and cater to student’s learning needs.
∎ Innovative teaching methods, including storytelling, discussions, and audio-visual materials, enhance learning.
∎ Assess and evaluate student’s progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
∎ Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Encourage students to develop reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in English.
∎ Provide extra support to students who need additional help with the subject.
∎ Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
