Responsibilities & Context:
Assistant Teacher – English
Junior Section(Grade 1-5)
Report to: Coordinator & Vice Principal
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching English reading, phonics, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Engage students in creative storytelling, rhymes, recitation, and handwriting practice.
- Conduct reading practice, spelling activities, and spoken English sessions.
- Create a student-centered and interactive classroom environment.
- Help assess student performance and maintain progress records.
- Provide support for weak learners in reading and writing.
