Job Context:
∎ We are seeking some qualified teacher to join Ansar Ali Mia Dakhil Madrasah located in Kanaipur, Faridpur.
∎ 1) Assistant Teacher (Agriculture) - 01, Minimum education Diploma in Agriculture
∎ 2) Assistant Teacher (ICT) - 01 , Minimum education diploma in Computer Science.
∎ 3) Assistant Teacher (Physical Education) - 01 , Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) Degree holder are encourage to apply.
∎ 4) Assistant Teacher (Qari) - 01 , Minimum education Qari in Arabic.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Classes, Prepare Syllabus, Session plan & Lesson Plan.
∎ To prepare question papers, checking scripts & Mark schemes according to the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board.
∎ To prepare Lecture materials /PPT and actively involved in developing curriculum
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to the student's exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Communicating regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress.
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, guardian and administrators.
∎ Work as a team player and Active participation in Madrasah events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ The candidate should have skills in both spoken and written English.
∎ Must be dedicated and punctual
∎ Should be active, willing to work within deadline
∎ Training on teaching-methodology and technique will be an added advantage.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla, Microsoft Office Program, E-mail etc.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
