Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of diagnosing system hardware issues and software failures, communicates the remediation plans to users, and provide status updates.
∎ Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Windows, Opensource based (Centos, Ubuntu) systems patching, hardening, tuning experiences.
∎ Has strong Linux/Unix command line skills.
∎ Experience with virtual computing and cloud services including VMware, EC2, and Azure
∎ Understanding in SQL queries for both commercial and open source database solutions.
∎ Broad technical knowledge of current and emerging technologies used both within the corporate infrastructure and in delivering customer facing services
∎ Experience in a mid-to-large environment of Active Directory management and related services (group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of network routing and security protocols and implementations: TCP/IP, SSL, IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, VLANs, Microsoft SCCM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years
∎ ABILITY TO WORK AT NIGHT SHIFT.
∎ Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English. Regularly communicate with clients.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ High integrity and intellectual.
∎ Self driven and hard working.
