Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for our key products, EduCARE and ValuePlus. This role involves acquiring and managing relationships with schools, colleges, and educational centers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and overseeing workshop implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly EduCARE sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional prospects including schools, colleges, and educational centers.
Ensure timely lead conversion into confirmed subscriptions.
Institutional Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential institutions aligned with EduCARE’s mission.
Schedule appointments, conduct professional presentations, and pitch EduCARE solutions to school principals, managing directors, and key decision-makers.
Submit customized proposals and close deals with institutional clients.
Sales Execution & Documentation
Collect necessary approvals, signed documents, and relevant information (e.g., parent lists) for onboarding.
Maintain proper documentation including proposal copies, signed forms, and relevant images.
Keep follow-up logs and CRM systems updated for every client interaction.
Supervision & Monitoring
Ensure timely completion of daily and monthly tasks.
Monitor team activities and follow up to ensure deliverables are met and accountability is maintained.
Workshop & Event Oversight
Coordinate with CSOs to ensure smooth execution of EduCARE workshops, especially those focused on AI and emerging technologies.
Monitor event quality and submit reports to senior management.
Sales Strategy & Coordination
Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure alignment between field activities and overall business goals.
KPI & Reporting Compliance
Submit weekly progress reports to the Sales Lead/Supervisor.
Ensure 100% accuracy in sales documentation, data entries, and client records.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
