∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Min 3-5 years (in which Min 2 years of HVAC/VRF works).
∎ Expertise: Site Supervision for MEP works.
∎ Must have computer knowledge of Auto-Cad, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
∎ Additional Requirements: IEB Membership (If possible)
∎ Should have Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise Electro-Mechanical installation activities (Like VRF, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, Substation, Generator, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of Electro-Mechanical works.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Electro-Mechanical installations.
∎ Identifying and fixing issues with VRF, Firefighting and other electro-mechanical equipment.
∎ Ensuring that projects deliver new products or services on time, within budget, and to the appropriate quality level.
∎ Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measure the work done, and check the bill for the electro-mechanical works.
∎ Report to the manager on job progress and issues daily.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and clearances.
∎ Carry out any administration and clerical responsibilities as required by the job
