∎ Should have experience in the following area(s): Modern High-rise building, flyover, bridge, Electrical Engineering, cost estimation, Project bidding, Project Costing, Project Operation, Project Planning, Tendering. Leadership, computer skill, execution skill, smartness, stress management, physically sound for project visit.
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s): Modern High-rise building, flyover, bridge, Electrical Engineering, cost estimation, Project bidding, Project Costing, Project Operation, Project Planning, Tendering. Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have a vast knowledge of MEP works in Real-Estate and construction projects
∎ MEP materials & equipment Estimation and Budget check as per the approved design & drawings.
∎ Electromechanical equipment and other imported items Le., Generator, Substation, Lift etc. specifications verified on site as per delivered by SCM.
∎ Physical stock verification in various projects compare with delivered and used materials.
∎ Data collection from various projects for reporting purposes on regular basis.
∎ Quality check of all types of MEP materials and workmanship.
∎ Indent check whether the site in charge has submitted excess materials to SCM on time.
∎ Various Real-Estate and Construction project visit regularly.
∎ Any other assignment if or when required by Management.
