∎ Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Estimation and Budget check as per the approved design & drawings
∎ Physical stock verification in various projects compare with delivered and used materials le. construction materials including finishing materials as per supplied by Supply Chain Management.
∎ Stage-by-stage report preparation like Foundation completion report, Superstructure completion report, and Finishing stage report.
∎ Subcontractors & Suppliers bill verification, market visit physically in projects
∎ Check and compare the RAJUK approval drawings on-site as per as built.
∎ Quality check of all types of construction materials and workmanship.
∎ Ready mix concrete's (RMC) mix design verify and check the quality of the using materials as per the approval in the plant
∎ Supplied and received RMC quantity checks in various projects
∎ Indent check whether the site in charge has submitted excess materials to SCM.
∎ Various Real-Estate and Construction project visit regularly
∎ Any other assignment if or when required by Management.
