Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage multiple data processing project consisting of large team.
∎ Thorough understanding of project. Extensive training will be provided to candidates.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Join meetings and conference calls with overseas clients on short notice.
∎ Set goals, monitor productivity of team members
∎ Possess enough analytical and managerial skills to manage turn around time set by client
∎ Identify the training needs of team members, focus on key improvement area
∎ Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members
∎ This position requires long working hours and work in the evening
Salary:
