Educational Requirements:
∎ For the post of Assistant Professor candidates must have any one of the following qualifications in relevant subject;
∎ A) Ph.D. or equivalent degree along with M.Sc/MBA and B.Sc./BBA honors in relevant field. Must have at least two first class or ‘A’ grade among which at least one first class must be either in M.Sc./MBA or B.Sc./BBA Minimum 03 years active teaching experience at university level at least 01 research publications in standard peer reviewed journal.
∎ B) M. Phil or equivalent degree along with M.Sc./MBA and B.Sc./BBA honors in relevant field. Must have at least two first class or ‘A’ grade among which at least one first class must be either in M.Sc./MBA or B.Sc./BBA Minimum 04 year’s active teaching experience at university level and at least 03 research publications in standard peer reviewed journal.
∎ C) M.Sc./MBA and B.Sc./BBA honors with first class or CGPA 3.50 in both in relevant field. Minimum 05 years active teaching experience at university level and at least 04 research publications in standard peer reviewed journal.
∎ ** Architecture:
∎ A) Bachelor of Architecture with first class or ‘A’ Grade. Minimum 05 years active teaching experience at university level and at least 04 research publications in standard peer reviewed journal. Candidates having Master of Architecture or M. Phil/Ph.D. fulfilling other requirements will be given preference.
∎ ** For Civil Engineering candidates with CGPA 3.40 in M.Sc and B.Sc. may apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare course outline, lesson plan, tutorial, students counselling and conduct theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, extended teaching, related research, and publications.
∎ To prepare questions, invigilate tests and exams, mark and grade scripts and assignments.
∎ To guide and supervise project work, internship, dissertation or thesis as and when assigned.
∎ To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
∎ To conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in their field.
∎ ** Additional Responsibilities for Asst. Professor of Business Administration and Coordinator of MPB:
∎ a) Supporting all admission related activities
∎ b) Coordinate digital communication with admission seekers and counselors through website, webmail/email Website Chat, social media, bulk SMS and other forms of digital communications
∎ c) Budgeting, Planning of promotional activities
∎ d) Allocating and executing Budget of promotion (Program Wise)
∎ e) Planning and implementing news paper Advertisement, Online Advertisement, TV Scrolling Ad.
∎ f) Contacting admission counselors on regular basis
∎ g) Visiting Polytechnic, institutes Colleges, Coaching Centers, Banks on regular basis to generate lead
∎ h) Digital Marketing with semester wise target and plan
∎ i) Repotting to Honorable Vice Chancellor on regular basis
