Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• 3/4 years Honors and Master`s in the respective field, or a minimum CGPA-4.50 (out of 5) at SSC & HSC level and 3.50 (out of 4) at Graduation & Post Graduation level.

• At least 3 first class/division/equivalent grades from SSC to Master`s Degree. No 3rd class/division/ equivalent grade will be accepted.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• At least 4 peer-reviewed journal publications (at least 1 publication as Lecturer & First Author).

• Teaching/Research and age requirements may be relaxed for candidates with MPhil/PhD and/or enhanced professional expertise.

• Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, and conduct theoretical and tutorial classes.

• Deliver lectures as per the academic calendar.

• Supervise project work, assignments, internships, dissertations, or theses.

• Assist students with academic issues.

• Prepare questions, invigilate tests and exams, and grade scripts.

• Conduct independent research and publish findings.

• Organize workshops, seminars, and conventions.

• Advise student clubs and co-curricular activities.

• Provide continuous student counselling.

• Any other tasks assigned by the authority.

Salary: Grade 6 (As per AIBA Salary Policy compatible to govt. salary grade).

• Candidates with Ph.d will be eligible for additional qualification allowance oftk 10,000/ month.
