∎ Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 03 year of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have at least 03 publications to his/her credit.
∎ M. Phil in Civil Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have 03 publications to his/her credit.
∎ M.Sc and B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have 03 publications to his/her credit.

∎ Position Description: BAIUST invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and committed individuals for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering (CE). The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, academic leadership, and service to both the university and the broader academic community.
∎ To teach undergraduate courses in accordance with the approved syllabus guidelines of the university, with particular emphasis on fundamental education in all core areas of Civil Engineering.
∎ To provide academic service and leadership within the department, and actively contribute to external academic and professional communities.
∎ To contribute to the field through high-quality research and scholarly publications.
∎ In teaching, the successful candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to effective undergraduate instruction, the development of innovative course content, and the mentoring of students in research and professional growth.
∎ To ensure that teaching content is informed by the latest advancements in research and scholarly activity in Civil Engineering and related fields.
∎ To develop and apply pedagogical techniques that address the needs of diverse learners and foster intellectual engagement across various domains of computing.
∎ To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the university authority.
