Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Competent to perform the packaging activities related to Liquid Filling (filling, sealing, bottle washing etc.) as per Batch Packaging Record (BPR). Capable to clean packaging room and equipment's after the completion of product run as per SOP/EOP.
∎ Capable to set up the equipment's as per SOP's/EOP's, and as per specifications in Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
∎ Ensure documentation of set up and cleaning in the log book and other pertinent paperwork.
∎ Capable to maintain the equipment's in good working order, inspect equipment's for wear and tear, or evaluate malfunctioning parts and report to Production Supervisor or Manager.
∎ Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
∎ Experience on using Human Machine Interface (HMI).
∎ Capability to perform any and all additional tasks relating to the operation of the manufacturing department as requested.
∎ Able to make necessary machine adjustments to consistently produce products that meet the packaging specifications and all quality standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability of writing English and Bengali.
∎ Should have an understanding/knowledge of cGMP, safety criteria or the ability to learn.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Strong teamwork capability.
∎ Should be responsible and hard working.
