Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily voucher, invoice & maintain the account book.
∎ Knowledge in accounting , Market Survey.
∎ Prepare and maintain cheque registers.
∎ Post advanced payment and adjust as per payments made.
∎ Ensure posting of salary and other payments and adjust/make adjustments.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as instructed by authority.
∎ Carry out other related duties as per the instruction of authority.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good computer skills/ literacy with sound knowledge on Microsoft office applications & accounting software and ERP Software.
∎ Cash Handling Inventory Check and maintain.
∎ Maintain and Perform daily Banking operation.
∎ Handling trade related documents with banks.
∎ Collect & sort the financial related documents from unit office.
