Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the company's compliance with VAT regulations, including accurate and timely filing of VAT returns
∎ Review and validate VAT-related documents, invoices, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
∎ Develop and implement VAT strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize VAT costs ensuring Compliance
∎ Monitoring changes in VAT laws and regulations and advise on their potential impact on the company's operations.
∎ Analyze the company's business operations, transactions, and financial data to identify opportunities for VAT planning and optimization
∎ To Ensure attendance in hearing assessment process, including Appeal, tribunal, Customs Intelligence, Board of Director, Audit etc
∎ Analyze VAT data and provide insights to stakeholders regarding VAT-related costs, trends, and opportunities
∎ Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of VAT regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, legal, and operations, to ensure VAT compliance and alignment with overall business objectives. Coordinate with external advisors, tax authorities, and auditors as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a VAT Expert, VAT Consultant, or similar role, with a strong understanding of VAT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
∎ In-depth knowledge of VAT systems, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex VAT regulations and apply them to practical situations
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in VAT reporting and documentation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in VAT legislation
