∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create and execute learning strategies and programs
∎ To conduct needs assessments to identify individual training and development needs
∎ To create training plans and developing training program aligned with organizational objectives.
∎ To prepare training materials, modules and resources for training accomplishment.
∎ To prepare training budget and take approval from the authority.
∎ To conduct training sessions for employees at various levels especially for the sales forces.
∎ To evaluate training program outcomes to find any issues that need to be addressed.
∎ To conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where development is required.
∎ To develop and implement various learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Hardworking, work under pressure and willingness to travel outside Feni.

Salary: Negotiable
