Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree from any UGC-approved university
∎ A seasoned sales expert with 5+ years of sales with a history of driving successful digital sales strategies and managing teams.
∎ Experience in managing digital sales channels will be given priority
∎ Experience in a leadership role, building and managing revenue organizations with the ability to hire, retain, and motivate our existing team and future talent.
∎ Ability to manage multiple sales channels simultaneously, independently, and with high fidelity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
∎ Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and influencing skills, along with experience working with senior leadership
∎ Strong project management skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets for training programs.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and account executives. Set clear goals and targets for the sales team and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their objectives.
∎ Drive Online and Offline Awareness, Activation, and Conversion Campaigns for Datascape Academy.
∎ Liaise with internal and external sources to manage logistics and human resources for the training program
∎ Maintain an in-depth understanding of the training programs offered, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
∎ Collect and report customer feedback to help enhance the quality of training programs. Address customer concerns and ensure their needs are met.
∎ Being a part of and working closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
∎ Creating and executing inbound and outbound strategies for increasing Customer Experience and Sales Metrics
∎ Collaboration with Universities to offer university-based training programs.
∎ Mainstreaming youth Researcher program
∎ Identify potential corporate clients and decision-makers within target companies. Use various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
∎ Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with corporate clients. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with corporate clients.
