Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design clear engaging graphic communications for web, mobile, and print - this includes direct mail pieces, brand promotional items, website and social media graphics, posters, Create Leaflets, Flyers, 2D Illustration, layout, Advertising materials and and other marketing materials
∎ Design digital media creative for social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics, Making YouTube videos, Short Videos, reels and 2D/3D animation making
∎ Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual marketing material.
∎ Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics and layouts
∎ Grow online social networks by acquiring new fan-bases and increasing interactions via designs
∎ Knowledge of and ability to use various design tools & Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Canva Knowledge of UI/UX, Adobe XD or other common design and layout applications
∎ Combining various colors, shapes and Experience with combining typography and utilizing typographic terms.
∎ Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels
∎ Must have excellent time management skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Working Experience in any reputed hospital will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Excellent problem-solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ Knowledgeable and strong believer in Quality improvement activities and infection control standards.
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English fluency and comprehension in written and spoken
∎ Excellent Typing Speed both in Bangla & English.
∎ Organizational skills
