Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Commercial Vehicles & Automobiles in our Product line.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for expanding after sales service network of Yamaha and establish new service/parts points throughout the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable field service operations of Yamaha Motorcycles.
∎ Design and establish new Authorized Service Centers, Parts Centers, and Yamaha 3S Center as per company policy.
∎ Monitor day-to-day service operations, service network expansion, customer satisfaction ratio, and promotional activities of service to ensure high-quality standards of after-sales service for customers.
∎ Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.
∎ Monitor and ensure service & spares network expansion to spread motorcycle service availability at every corner of the country.
∎ Prepare service promotional materials as per requirement.
∎ Assist and motivate Yamaha service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
∎ Visit dealer points and service centers frequently to ensure satisfaction of customer as well as field service team satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Relevant experience in automobile industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Must have proficiency in AutoCAD 3D & 2D
∎ Flexibility to travel.
∎ Passion in Motorcycle Industry & Motorbike.
