Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ Construction Equipment unit of ACI Motors distributes machinery such as Excavator, Loader, Crane, Concrete Machinery, and other infrastructure development equipment of globally recognized brands, such as; KOBELCO, AJAX, LOVOL & CASE.
∎ This position will be responsible for leading the after-sales service team of the construction equipment unit of ACI Motors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate strategies and plans for the after-sales service team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes, identify shortfalls and solve problems to ensure service efficiency.
∎ Ensure proper coordination among marketing, sales, service, and support departments.
∎ Ensure proper manpower distribution among regions/territories to provide optimum after-sales service.
∎ Collect service-related data, analyze and share with principals.
∎ Provide inputs in product development. Work with the field service team and principal on warranty-related issues.
∎ Provide support in the development of spare parts business.
∎ Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
∎ Travel frequently throughout the country, ensure customer satisfaction and ensure an efficient field service team.
∎ Collect service data, prepare reports and presentations for top management, and assist in decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge of Construction Equipment (i.e. Excavator, Crane, Concrete Mixer, Loader, etc.)
∎ Relevant experience in leading a team of engineers/technicians.
∎ Sound Computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
∎ Flexibility to travel for office tours.
