Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to understand markets and determine how to position the company’s brand.
∎ planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
∎ Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
∎ Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness among consumers.
∎ Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with Advertising agency to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
∎ Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
∎ Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
