∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Familiarity with refrigeration systems and cold chain processes is highly preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, utility and production machineries of the plant
∎ Conduct daily pre-production routine check to ensure operational readiness of all production and associate machineries in the production floor
∎ Supervise breakdown maintenance of machineries and equipment in the plant
∎ Prepare maintenance expenditure for each machinery & equipment and recommend major repair or replacement as required
∎ Update Preventive maintenance Plan, Machine Profile, ISO Documentation
∎ Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
∎ Train employees of the maintenance department on ISO, HACCP, GMP etc
∎ Implement workplace safety policies and standards
∎ Prepare periodic report on machinery breakdown hours
∎ Prepare and update necessary records and documents to comply with ISO requirements
∎ Keep record of work related injuries
