Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To chart financial strategies with respect to business planning and business reviews.
∎ Analyze Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure compliance and financial efficiency.
∎ Conduct pre and post-cost analysis to optimize financial decision-making.
∎ To lead business planning and budgeting exercise.
∎ To ensure that standards and operational procedures are developed for effective deployment of accounting and payroll support to all personnel.
∎ Organize monthly senior management meetings to review financial performance and strategy.
