• Age 30 to 45 years

• Must have working experience in woven garments

• Must have experience in managing factory accounts

• Proven track record in achieving KPI-based performance metrics

A renowned 100% export oriented readymade woven garments is looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic, talented and aspiring candidate as Manager (Accounts)

• To chart financial strategies with respect to business planning and business reviews.

• Analyze Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure compliance and financial efficiency.

• To manage and oversee customs handling processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate duty assessment and cost efficiency.

• Conduct pre and post-cost analysis to optimize financial decision-making.

• To lead business planning and budgeting exercise.

• To ensure that standards and operational procedures are developed for effective deployment of accounting and payroll support to all personnel.

• Organize monthly senior management meetings to review financial performance and strategy.
