Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100% export oriented readymade woven garments is looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic, talented and aspiring candidate as Manager (Accounts)
To chart financial strategies with respect to business planning and business reviews.
Analyze Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure compliance and financial efficiency.
To manage and oversee customs handling processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate duty assessment and cost efficiency.
Conduct pre and post-cost analysis to optimize financial decision-making.
To lead business planning and budgeting exercise.
To ensure that standards and operational procedures are developed for effective deployment of accounting and payroll support to all personnel.
Organize monthly senior management meetings to review financial performance and strategy.
