Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: event and activation, Event/ Campaign Coordination
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Event Activation plan Execution, Event Management, Event Planing and Developing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all types of events and activations as per brand personality, target group and campaign objectives
∎ Manage and supervise all staff including coordinator, supervisor, BP, caterers, event crew etc.
∎ Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
∎ Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
∎ Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
∎ Coordinate and manage all event and activation operations (from start to end)
∎ Lead promotional activities for the campaign
∎ Ensure event/activation is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
∎ Plan and implement the unique participation in Dhaka International Trade Fair
∎ Organize to participate in different national and international trade fair
∎ Finding consumer insights for effective event and activation planning
∎ Analyze the event's and activation's success and prepare reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in well-known Event & Activation as a BP & Supervisor.
∎ Strong understanding of event planning strategies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
∎ Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
∎ Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
∎ Proficiency in computer literacy & sound analytical ability
∎ A knack for problem-solving & A team player with leadership skills
∎ Good listening and time management skills.
∎ A keen eye on details for accuracy.
∎ The ability to manage multiple events and people simultaneously
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
