Planning & Developing Digital Strategy:
Implement innovative e-marketing strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
Develop comprehensive e-commerce strategies and annual plans based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce Platform.
Develop and review SOPs for smooth control of e-commerce operations.
Strategic analysis & Reporting:
Utilize data-driven insights and use analytical metrics & tools to evaluate the website performance, sales data & E-Commerce campaigns.
Identify underperforming areas (Category Wise Product) and develop strategies for improvement.
Create dynamic reports with effective recommendations for optimization.
Operational Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to drive e-commerce sales and revenue growth.
Expand the customer base through targeted marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
Manage promotional campaign in alignment with Sales & Operations guideline.
Ensure timely availability of product information by managing the critical path.
Oversee media buying and planning for special campaigns, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and maximizing reach and engagement across digital platforms.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Foster a culture of collaboration, Coordination, creativity, and excellence among internal & external stakeholder for flawless execution of integrated e-commerce marketing campaign that effectively communicate the brand`s values and offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including planning, design & development, Marketing, Product management center, to ensure alignment of e-commerce marketing efforts with business goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, and vendors to support e-commerce marketing initiatives, and manage budgets effectively.
Onboard new logistics partners to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Optimize stock levels through sound e-commerce inventory management.
Implement dynamic inventory tracking system and SMART reporting.
Review stock reports to ensure adequate site coverage.
Collaborate with the sales & operation team to maintain sufficient stock holding.
Technical Parts Oversight:
Ensure smooth website operation from the customer end.
Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts.
Maintain accountability for cybersecurity.
Ensure smooth operation of web servers and point-of-sale (POS) system.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media (e.g., Facebook).
Ensure up-to-date product information is uploaded on the website throughout the year.
Introduce new technical tools to improve the e-commerce site.
Cash Cycle Management:
Ensure on time Cash Reconciliation with Finance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies within the timeline from the product transfer & receiving time.
Ensure timely settlement of all necessary bills, including vendor and server bills.
