Responsibilities & Context: 1. Graphic Design
- Design and produce visual materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Develop brand identity elements and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Create marketing visuals for digital campaigns, website, and events.
- Collaborate with vendors for printing, outdoor signage, and branding materials.
- Maintain design archives and update creative assets as needed.
2. Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (PPC, display ads, remarketing) and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI).
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and keyword rankings.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience segmentation.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media pages.
- Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards.
- Collaborate with the sales and branding teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
3. Content & Communication
- Develop engaging content for social media, ads, and promotional materials.
- Assist in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for campaigns.
- Work closely with the copywriting team to create effective brand messaging.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly performance reports for digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Track competitor activities and emerging digital trends.
