2 to 3 years mandatory and ERP/ Tally software/VAT Software
CA firm training period will not be acceptable as experience
Skills & Expertise: VDS & TDS, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Accounts etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare all kinds of vouchers, check daily transactions & posting in Tally software.
Ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax.
Maintain all VAT records and registrar as per VAT law.
Ensure that original tax invoices from suppliers are received and tax deductions on service payments are calculated correctly.
Verify expenditure documents to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures and transaction accuracy.
Review invoices, expenses, and claims to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and payment schedules.
Coordination with cash department and visit different bank for banking activities.
VAST knowledge on Mushok 4.3
Should have overall knowledge about Income Tax Act. 2023 and Value Added Tax & Supplementary Act. 2012.
Any other works assigned by management
