Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor the Depot Officers and Store Officers to ensure smooth operation of the depots.
∎ Conduct depot audit on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Take necessary steps to prevent financial anomalies.
∎ Conduct depots and market visit on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on depot operations.
∎ Follow up market collection.
∎ Ensure proper credit control matrix of depot.
∎ Maintain liaison and coordinate with sales, distribution and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operation.
∎ Manage the depot's budget effectively and ensure cost-effective operations.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
∎ Prepare different types of reports and provide as per requirements.
