Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing adequate policies, procedures and processes for the cost control function to maintain efficient operational excellence
∎ Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
∎ Analyzing collected data and recording results
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
∎ Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
∎ Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
∎ Maintaining Cost Accounting System
∎ Conducting physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
∎ Reconciling finished goods inventories
∎ Preparing pre cost & post costing
∎ Preparing PO sheet , Cost sheet & BOM (bill of materials) sheet collect from related department
∎ Preparing Annual & Periodical Budget
∎ Preparing budget versus actual reports and works with HODs’ to develop strategies to maximize budget efficiencies
∎ Implementing efficient costing system within the organization
∎ Preparing monthly/quarterly cost statement with variance for the products manufactured within the organization
∎ Preparing product profitability statement and various financial analyses on a monthly basis
∎ Conducting cost-benefit analysis as and when required
∎ Preparing individual order wise budget & cost sheet
∎ Any other job that will be assigned by the management
